Customer also agrees to pay promptly to Epic Investment Solutions any and all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by Epic Investment Solutions in the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Agreement, any Contracts and other transactions hereunder, and any other agreements between Epic Investment Solutions and Customer and the collection of any amounts due.
